All deposits and payments for rentals associated with Happy Hill’s House of Bounce are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid will be held on file as a rain check credit and may be applied to any future rental or service.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Happy Hill’s House of Bounce is based in Independence, Missouri. Our primary warehouse is located there, and we proudly provide bounce house and party rental services throughout Kansas City, MO and all surrounding municipalities and metro areas.

Yes. A 50% deposit of the total balance is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file by 9:00 AM the day before your event. If there are any issues with the payment, our team will reach out promptly.

No. Water should never be used on any inflatable unless it is specifically designed for water use. Using water on a dry inflatable can cause damage and create safety hazards.

We offer a variety of water-compatible inflatables, including water slides and wet/dry units. Our team is happy to help you choose the right option for your event.

Customers are responsible for providing a standard garden water hose for all water-related rentals. If the setup location is far from the water source, multiple hoses may be required. Please note that longer hose lengths may result in reduced water pressure, which can affect slide performance.

No. We do not offer refunds. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, any amount paid will be held on file as a rain check credit that may be applied toward a future Happy Hill’s House of Bounce rental or service, subject to availability.

We closely monitor weather conditions and will proceed with your event as scheduled unless there is inclement weather. Inclement weather includes heavy downpours, high winds, thunder, or lightning, which may make operation unsafe.

Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify as inclement weather.
If service must be suspended due to inclement weather, a refund will be issued. Inclement weather is the only circumstance that qualifies for a refund.
The final decision to suspend service due to weather is made by Happy Hill’s House of Bounce, with safety as our top priority.

The time you enter into your quote/order is the time we are guaranteed to have the inflatable up and running by.  We start our routes at 6am so we will be out sometime between 6am until your event start time to deliver. If you are not able to accommodate delivery as early as 6AM, you would need to opt into the ‘time-sensitive fee’ to guarantee on-time delivery with a short delivery window. 

The end time on your event is the time you are guaranteed the inflatable/items until. Our latest pickup time is 7pm due to darkness and safety of our drivers. Any event that ends after the 7pm end time will have to be booked with the overnight price and picked up the following morning. Pickup windows are between your event and time and 9PM. If this pickup window cannot be accommodated, a ‘time-sensitive’ fee will apply to guarantee pickup in a short window of time. 

Yes. We have a physical location in Independence, Missouri, where customers are welcome to visit by appointment to book rentals, coordinate events, and pick up or drop off equipment.
