Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the day of your event.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

No refunds will be processed. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, a rain check will be provided for use at a later date. Rain check will be good for 365 days.

If HEAVY rain or bad weather prevents the use of our equipment and  we suspend service a refund will be issued. An inclement weather condition is the only reason that will necessitate a refund. There will be NO REFUNDS issued for any other reason.

Rain checks must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.Content
